Refund Policy

Refund Policy Effective Date: February 2026

At cathyaitchison.com we are committed to providing high-value, transformative services through MAP Method coaching, multidimensional sessions, group circles, and related offerings. However, all results depend on your active participation, consistent application, openness, and follow-through — there are no guarantees of specific outcomes, emotional shifts, or transformations.

General Policy

No cash refunds for completed individual sessions, group circles, or any portion of a service once it has been delivered (including live sessions, recorded replays provided, or digital files). The fee covers my time, expertise, preparation, and the session itself — regardless of perceived results, as changes are highly individual and client-dependent. Payments are non-refundable except in the limited cases outlined below.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Individual Sessions: You may cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice via email or your booking tool. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) or no-shows forfeit the full fee (no refund or credit).

Group Circles (Drop-In or Series): No refunds for missed live sessions (replays may be available if offered). Drop-in fees are non-refundable.

Multi-Session Packages/Intensives (e.g., 6-Week Journey): If you cancel before the first session, you may receive a full refund minus any non-recoverable processing fees (e.g., Stripe/PayPal charges) if notice is given at least 7 days in advance. After the first session begins, no refunds — the package is non-transferable and non-refundable. Partial credits toward future services may be considered case-by-case at my discretion (not guaranteed).

Exceptions (Case-by-Case Discretion) Technical issues on my end preventing session delivery (e.g., platform failure): Full refund or reschedule at no cost.

Extenuating circumstances (e.g., documented medical emergency): I may offer a credit toward future services (not cash refund) if requested promptly with documentation.

All exceptions are at my sole discretion and not a right.

By booking or paying for Services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy, understand that results are not guaranteed and depend on your application, and waive any claim for refunds beyond these terms.

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
