I work with individuals who are ready to move beyond coping and into authentic alignment.  People who are tired of shrinking, withdrawing, or managing their anxiety alone and are ready to create real transformations in how they live, relate, and show up in the world.  
Whether we are untangling anxiety patterns, control dramas, identity shifts, or life transitions, our work together is about reconnecting you to your truth.   Alignment is not about force, it is about attunement.

My name is Cathy Aitchison

Have you ever felt overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from your true self?  I was and I believe my transformation didn't happen until I felt safe enough to be honest with myself.  My journey was filled with limiting beliefs, fears, and mindset barriers.  My belief is that everyone deserves to live in authentic alignment.  

Our work together is grounded, heart-centered, compassionate, and direct.  I create a safe space where you can explore, without judgment, without fear.

CAAT Program Description

Creating Authentic Aligned Transformations (CAAT) is a transformational coaching process designed for individuals who appear successful on the outside but feel internally misaligned, overwhelmed, or stuck in survival patterns.

Through a structured framework of capacity recalibration, identity reclamation, and aligned action, CAAT helps individuals restore nervous system stability, break generational patterns, and reconnect with your authentic self so you can lead with clarity, resilience, and sovereignty.

This work is for people who:

Appear successful yet feel internally misaligned or exhausted
• Recognize they are operating from survival patterns
• Want deeper self-awareness and authentic alignment
• Are ready to take responsibility for their growth and transformation
• Desire meaningful change in relationships, leadership, and personal identity

This work is not for people who:

• Are looking for quick fixes or surface-level solutions
• Want someone else to solve their problems
• Are unwilling to examine patterns or take personal responsibility
• Are not ready to engage in deeper self-reflection and change
